<< But how was your community born ? >>, << and why? >>…

From the Magnifying Glass V.V. ( written in France in the year 2004… ) :

… [ To this question and to a barrage of questions such as these, that more, and more times have been asked to our new community, we have replied as such, also through a letter thought through communally together, transcribed then by one of my spiritual friends, and renewed now by some of our other innovative and explicit brackets ; this letter that in it’s “therefore” begins as such ] :

FRIAR VOLANTINO

<< It all be born with the 1st brother ( Sicilian ) that the Lord called ( at 25 years of age ), he wanted to become at the beginning a Franciscan Friar, understanding that was a good thing, but, not being his calling, he prayed and searched until he found that Divine Light which illuminated him, showing that God's Project upon him was to begin a “ new community ”. Like so, strong in the certainty that it be the Will of God, with the Grace of God he courageously left everything ( 10 workers, a big body building gym and a disco pub of 1500 partners, soon to be a night club etc. ), departing solo and counter current to put it into practice.

[ Now guiding more than 16 Consecrated V.V.’s and also more than 130 Marian Groups of Prayer ALO –V.V. found all over Italy, form Trapani right up to Como…, and now right up to Portugal…]

And then - for a little - be the time of a girl from north Italy [ that wrote like so, in the prolonged experience that she had with us in Sicily ]: << Whilst I was on the research of the Will of God, I met some brothers folly for Jesus and Mary. I remained so “set on fire” from the Divine words that came out of particularly that little young man ( the initiator ) of which the Lord used to simply answer my every question ( as I had always desired, but never had found a language so “ baby like ” that all would have been able to capture at an instant )… these words that including even more so to the mysterious signs that God gave me in regards to him, had me inflamed above all for the affirmation of his parallelly Evangelical life… ( Cf. Mt 5, 19 ) that after having even I received a “great sign ” that had me know with certainty the Will of God, I left “ everything ” ( not to mention to you just what I left ) , to follow the poor Christ >>…

Then after came another brother in a prolonged experience ( Belgian, called by God in our community after his 30 years ) with 2 years to complete Priestly studies and in the 17th year of his search to encounter a truly poor community that doesn’t touch money ( not that it’s bad to touch it, given that the Apostles had a safe keeping ), more closely Evangelical in everything – as he desired…, meeting some particular Friars at S. Giovanni Rotondo on the birthday of the 1st brother, left everything and followed such brothers in the gust of the Spirit, that confirmed him in this community with a perception of his mother ( who now be no more…) telling him : << I’m happy that you’re in this community, because it’s under the protection of the Madonna of the Carmel >>.

FRIAR ANTONIO

Then be the time of the 2nd member, ( Australian, called at 24 years of age ) graduate in visual communication ( illustration ) for children. Not believing in God and no longer understand the true sense of the life, but meeting the community whilst they were asking for almsgivings in Catania, igniting in him a new hope, that with in a short time for him be transformed into certainty ! He Returned to Australia and commenced life in a Seminary of that continent, but after one year burst out saying : “ It‘s good, that here we study the Word of God and the life of Saints, yet by my little brothers V.V… it’s also lived, even more ” [- he said in a moment of emphasis –then singing the Magnificat on an Australian mountain...] therefore he returned – in a hurry -to Italy, and now has already finished his 3 and a half years of formation, or rather 6 months of experience, 1 year of trial, and 2 years of novitiate, spiritual itinerary that be done by us, before being confirmed in red pen, into the book of community life… and not only, he’s now brilliantly studying for Priesthood of Latin rite …

SISTER LETIZIA

Then be the time of the 3rd member - a Sicilian sister ( who seems to be a young lady of only 20 years ) - with more than one diploma, amongst of which one be in Theology, meeting the second brother together with a brother in experience, became struck like lightning by the encounter, realizing instantly that the encounter be the answer to her many Prayers… in short, if we can possibly say so, humble and obedient just like Mary ! ...

FRIAR JOSEPH

Then be the time of the 4th member, ( Sicilian also he ), almost maestro of music, but darting not only like a gazelle like his Maestro… in fact meeting the first brother became struck like lightning by his louminous simplicity, and instantly left everything including his worldly studies to undertake those that be Divine, so to become a true Maestro in the Masters of all arts and a Priest to the manner of Melchisedek…

SISTER EFFATA

Then be the time of the 5th member, that be a sister from Germany, 24 years, ( ex student in graphic arts ), free in the communication in 4 languages. Meeting some of the brothers, understood that it not be every day one gets to met people that strive to live the Gospel so closely, and after a few months, with an example of fortitude, left everything, even if also having a prosthetic leg… coming by bike up to Sicily, and putting the dots upon the “i”, in a short time from being a Protestant Evangelical Christian she became Catholic and then a Little Nun – and now also she like the Australian friar, has already terminated the 3 and a half years of formation V.V., or rather 6 months of experience, 1 year of trial, and 2 years of novitiate, spiritual itinerary that be done by us, before being confirmed in red pen, into the book of community life…

SISTER VITTORIA

Then be the time of the 6th member, ( another Italian sister, Milanese ), tricolagist, and almost specialized also in biology ! But, meeting the first brother together with another and Sister Letizia and receiving an unexplainable healing, she wanted to become Primary Doctor for the Holy Trinity. 37 years like St. Rita, when the will to belong to our fraternity entered her, beautiful as in the image of Our Lady - if we can say so, obedient and humble; being considered the last of the fraternity, whilst in reality she could be the docile St. Clare of the new community…

FRIAR NATANAELE

Then be the time of 7th member, French and 20 years of age at the time of his calling, diploma in a French school, for many he was ill, but for us and from now on, no !, proof that be concretely graspable !, and even if he was in the past, Jesus has come for the ill that want to be healed, to give joy to the Angels of Heaven and Light to the 99 upright that have no need of conversion that be relative to the true healing !...

Brilliant for his historical and linguistic memory, and also in his Seminary grades, almost all 100 and 100 … and at the least, that according to some – who work for Jesus – his mind was not functional… Because otherwise they would have to reform the scale of grades… over the 100 … Mah !, it’s really all the more true what Jesus says also in regards to such… (Cf. Mt 5,5-16)…

Then as well be the time of the of the 10th member, of another Sicilian, called also by us “ honey drop “ of which the Lord had stabilised a pleasant Alliance ! …

FRIAR MICHAEL

Then as well be the time of the 8th member, a pleasant little brother from Naples of 28 years, to whom one may imagine how little he be, etc.. by how we’ve called him in a mysterious way directly from the Eternal Father, and this fact already say’s a lot, more than many words…

One beautiful day, all happy and exultant with joy, said to the initiator of the community : << Do you know what my new (religious) name is ? >> and without Friar Michael yet having revealed it to anyone, he heard the reply as such : << Michael is your name.. >> , and he (exclaiming with a Napolitan accent) said : << uweh, but wha did ya do to knoma name ? >>… And the initiator answered : << It’s a mystery… >> And yes, it’s all a mystery of joy and awe, that only the babies of the Lord can see and taste…

FRIAR PICCHIGNITO

Then be the time of the 9th member, a Portuguese brother called at 27 years of age, who with some one if so to say over him, was all tied up with the love of satanic music where he throat tearingly like “screamed” in the “metallic” stages… which were full of death… Then instead, began his conversion, being taken by an excessive love to throat tearingly like Scream and above all dance with the sward drawn out, all the music of the Gospel upon the stage of the Cross, full of lots of life, and Blessed Immortality. Yet not finding what he fully searched for, on the point of abandoning the idea of living all the Gospel as he intended in St. Francis of Assisi, who lived without money, meeting some of the brothers, and powerfully jumped up to this stupendous encounter, a little like S. Elizabeth at the encounter with Mary… given that without even doing it on purpose, in his House or Shrine of Fatima be where they met also with the initiator… And also if Friar Picchignito is a professor of music, he said one day that the music that he found in this community is – in respect to all the others – “another thing all together”…!

Then be the time of a Calabrian sister of 22 years, in which the sweet lamb, whom be in love also with her, said with green eyes of hope in a certain way to leave every thing and follow him to the extremities of the earth, so to announce day by day his stupendous Salvation ! To make known to all his name, which means in a certain way Salvation of all mankind…

SISTER VERONICA

Then, be the time of the 10th member, another Calabrian sister, called here at 21 years of age. Tremendous !, humanly and spirituality. As I now here tell you in one instance : her first steady boyfriend has been Jesus. Going back even further, in a Calabrian newspaper they’d defined her as amongst the great minds of Cosenza, more than 100 in Classics. To two young men, who observed her in the elegant way she as a nun walked bye, and of which said “hey beauty”… she, turned back, and - in a certain way - gently but firmly replied to them like this : << Oi !, but what did you say ?, haven’t they ever told you that it’s dangerous to flirt with a girl who’s already taken ? Now, if that be dangerous, – I tell you – how much more risky would it be to flirt with the girl friend of the most beautiful man amongst the children on Men ( Cf. Ps 44, 2-5 ) or rather the girl friend of the Son of God ? Tremendous in his deeds and majestic in Holiness ? Slow to anger and rich in Grace (Cf. Ps 144,8), to those who repent ! >>….

--- Great in Love… (Cf. Ps 102, 8)… --- so great in Love and, so in love with this poor and most beautiful sister, that she almost seems to be the Madonna, that every time she prays - be it also for a candle – it’s immediately found amongst ones hands in prayer, to remind us better that like so, it only be in the consummation of the candle of our young lives for Him and for the others, that we can possibly give light to many... for if the candle does not consume of it’s self, it can never give light to any one, and before or later will break, as had the shameless discussion of the two distracted and very, very much at risk young men, if it hadn’t been for the Lord who’d invented certain nuns !, to the benefit of many who be with out shame...

Then be the time of another Sicilian brother, most very pleasant, of 44 years of age, also he did several religious experiences but didn’t find his way or true peace – because he knew already for some time that the Lord had Called him here amongst us -, finally, also he leaving everything, to yes become – as he already was – a good bell of the Lord.. but finally now placed in the right place and also in tune, because rung in the right way by many pneumatic hammer strikes of the Lord ( through the responsibles of our community ). Like so now to finally be able to give in the Right way the great Announcement of the Resurrection, as in fact John Paul II said to him, that is to be a living bell ( or bell tower, from which scissors that wound don’t fall... but only that shampoo, cut and trim the hair and beards, of those who would want to eternally become spiritually beautiful for ever)…

BROTHER JOSHUA

Then be the time of the 11th member,another Sicilian brother, called here at 21 years of age, who became totally enthusiastic to God through the life style of this new religious community in which try’s to live with the Spirit of the first Franciscans, who he himself arrived to formulate a phrase such as this: “ Not even if the would happen to kill me , I - with the Grace of God – would I go from this community of little V.V.’s. ; better of die, than to turn back! I’ve finally found the sense of my life or of my existence !, that be the things that I’ve always searched for, that be he things that don’t ever pass, In Eternity ! “ [ Amen ! ] ...

BROTHER PIO

Then be the time of the 12th member, Roman in name and in fact, the son of a well off family, and who then left everything for Jesus, that is a true Roman Solder in the full Catholic Spirit, who as soon as he had entered into the way of sight of the Community, had arrived to form this luminous phrase : << I completely trust in God, and in the Divine Wisdom of the initiator of the of this community, only a blind man could not see that God has poured out so much grace in him and in all those who are following him... >>. He searched through internet the word "saio" (which means sack cloth in Italian), and.. - in the Holy Perseverance – he already has one, given that Jesus said : << Search and you will find ! >> ( Lk 11,9 ). All for the Major Glory of God and the Salvations o the Most number of souls possible, Aiming this and the eternal Crown of our Faith. Amen !

Then be the time of the 13th member, Cosentine, who was a “man on the go”, a huge scale Real Estate Agent … and more… Now, instead of selling land for houses, he tries to earn the “earth of hearts” ( cf.Lk8,15 ) to happily carry all the more souls to Jesus and Mary, given that – not even doing it on purpose – the Apostle Peter says: << Attain the goal of your Faith, that is the Salvation of souls ! >> ( 1 Pt 1,9 ).

Then, be the time of the 14th member, of another very beautiful Calabresian, called here at 23 years of age, from the Diocese of Locri-Gerace. Very young and Beautiful, who seems to be a brilliant star … / she’s called like such, and shines always, all week on end … / Before, she studied social science, so to help many children who couldn’t take off on their wings … now she studies Heavenly Science, and she also clothes herself with the virtue of her Divine Mother… and like so with this new heavenly mantle, many spiritual children can then be dressed… to help them in a certain way fly, like so she can save them in Christ …, from the prolonged or eternal fall where many “chickens” will be burnt… such a thing that she’s given her life to God / and with lots of love that burns in her heart… / because the Door that she’s taken is narrow, for in which she wants to enter into the Heavenly delights of Christ / so that the door totally be opened for her, if she will practice the Will of the Father up to the end… ( this paragraph has a rhyme in the original language of Italian that does not make full sense in its English translation)

SISTER COMET

Then, be the time of the 15^th member, and that is, the little sister Comet, called here at 30 years of age, from Fiumefreddo, province of Catania. With a degree in the Academy of Beautiful Art, having met she’d met Sr. Victoria ( in the image of her future victory ) she applied herself more seriously in prayer, up until where the Lord let her experience in her life a page already written in a “sacred document” : "like a little lost sheep, who - before the encounter – in the hope of finding the sheepfold of love, after having crossed a tiring and dangerous walk, amongst paths, books and characters, she finally finds the only Way of exit in the book of the Gospel, and uprightly crossing and crossing it uprightly in it’s reading, in the material reality, she encounters a mysterious personality, and comparing what she is reading with what he in parallel is living, there, her heart automatically flares up with an immortal hope; and she recognises in him “the Good Shepherd” who with the right words, wakes her up from the sleep of death and distraction, and continuing to walk speedily along the Way of upright intention, he leads her to the basis of the fold, and with the “keys of the Truth” opens for her… (Sac. Pas. pg. 65), as done with her friend Stella, and it couldn’t have been diverse, being that she be called Comet or rather a trail of immortal light that points to (together with her friend Stella) He who’s the Door of the sheep (cf. Jn 10,9), Way, Truth and Eternal Life (cf. Jn 14,6)... with her own works of beauty and youth given to the Lord.

Therefore this more or less is the number of the people up unto the today…,, not to mention the very many in passing experiences not here named, for tomorrow let’s leave up to God, because we could be as more than thousands upon thousands or on the other hand only 3 !, ( Cf. Eccl 16, 1-3…) as in fact the Lord said to Saint Francis of Assisi:

<< And therefore, I tell you that from now on, you don’t have to stress yourself, but… do well what ever you do, continue completing your work. I have founded this family of Friars in an eternal love. [Amen!]…

Know that the love I have for it be so great, that if certain Friars happen to return to the vomit ( of their will – F.S. 151 ) and happen to die out of the order, I will send another who will take the crown from the place of the renegade ; and if maybe they not yet be born, I will have them born. And so that you know how ardently I love the ideals and the order of the Friars, up until there not remain but tree Friars : it will always be my order, and I will never abandon it in all eternity ! ( F.S. 1777 ) . Amen !

And so on amongst the Dioceses of this world…

<< Why do you wear a habit similar to the “ Franciscans ” without being Franciscan? >>. [ And continuing with the same letter, here another reply to this other question ] : << Immediately answering you, I will tell you that you’ve probably not payed much attention to why we carry the mantle, but under the habit we wear the Scapular of the Carmel to which the Franciscan Tau is pinneded, these symbols that continually call us to the sincere alliance with the life of the first Franciscans and Carmelites; this to underline the doubley contemplative and active spirituality that the Lord has wanted to found in one new community order ( given that Jesus was be it contemplative but also active… ) . This clearly said, I desire to now bring you to the origins of the sense of the habit that many call sackcloth, but that it be more precisely a “sack,” yes in truth a real sack as that we wear as an exterior sign, to testify - eloquently also silently, that the Lord has done many Miracles in our life for our conversion, as in fact the Lord says : << If the Miracles done among you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have converted long ago, dressing the sackcloth >> (Lk 10, 13). It is this sack that the first brothers and sisters wore on the first day when with out being done on purpose, this same Evangelical pass was read at the Holy Mass that was celebrated on the occasion of our vestment. It’s this sack however, that humiliates our existence as Jesus humiliated his on the wood of the Cross ; and if also we like Him have thrown our life ( into a “sack” as Him on the “ Cross,” ) it’s ( also ) because God has wanted that shown to so many with the facts, that we firmly believe in what we profess, and I repeat, if God has wanted that we throw our ( young ) lives inside this “ sack ” that continually humiliates our existence, it’s to make many reflect that here, whether we like it or not are only in passage, like this inviting many to gamble to the maximum this “ test ” that comes only one time in all eternity, to have the maximum for Eternity. For the rest, when you asked us ( always in the 5^th question ) : Why have you wanted to found a new order when already of St. Francis there are so many ?, I have already answered you when I have told you that we neither must do this, nor that other, but exclusively the Will of He who has sent us to complete His work with the Church, for the Church and in the Catholic Church, the only Way of full salvation ref ( Cf. CCC 868 ).

Yes my dear little sister and little brother, really for this motive, just as that humble Christ of which it’s written : << Just as Christ has loved the Church and gave himself for Her at the aim of taking the Church to Him self all Glorious and without stain >> ( Cf. Eph 5, 25 - 27 ) so we also from simple Christians ( who be ) Imitators of Christ… in the Name of the Lord want to make all beautiful and Glorious our Holy Mother Church, in a way that many more souls become all the more attracted to Her and accordingly be saved ! And continuing… << What is your report with the ( Catholic ) Church ? >>. [ And also here the letter continuous saying ] : << in regards then... “ to the report with the Church ”…, thanks to God some steps we have already taken [ now then being in 2007 much more, it be enough to have a look at our Official Curriculum V.V. ]; the first amongst the most beautiful: - that of delivering the vows of the first brothers and sisters - of “ Obedience, Poverty and Chastity “ to a Bishop of Rome…, during a Holy Mass celebrated in St. John of Lateran ( which be the first Parish in the world ) etc. etc… .

Ah, speaking of our report at the internal of the Church, read the prologue and our internal Ruling V.V. that already, to such regards says very well all ! >> Amen !

All by Grace of God, for the Salvation of souls and above all for the Major Glory of God that in the Holy perseverance one day will return to us ! ( Cf. Heb 10, 35; Mt 25, 28…).
