OUR PRAYER: from the CONSTITUTIONS V.V.

        Every Little Friar or Little Nun, must do daily without distinction of place or time the following PRAYER, and that is: The morning begins with one possible hour of “adoration –vigil”, before Sacramental Jesus, then follows the Office of readings and the morning Praises – meditated, the middle Hour – meditated, the evening Prayer – meditated, the Holy Rosary – meditated, the fasting… , and above all THE DAILY HOLY MASS – meditated like the prayer !    

   Our participation to the Eucharistic celebration, will happen daily, especially in the parish that we reside. Where as the Liturgy of the Hour and our other prayers, will develop especially, with in the chapel of our community and every time that it will be possible, in the common place of sharing ( separated from both the male and female habitations ), excepting the exceptional cases like our missions, travels or eventual other wants of the Bishop…
