And after having listened to what the Lord says, and that is : " Stay awake and pray in every moment

Because the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak “ ( Cf. Mt 26,41 ), some one else has said, that: “ One hour of vigil a day gets rid of the returning devil V.V.). -- Infact ....
Before acting, we must listen to the Lord ( especially through the Biblical Prayer ),

Otherwise we run the risk of acting humanly - (ref Lk 10,38-42) – says our internal Ruling V.V. , that in its prologue begins like this : << In the name of the Lord and with the Grace of God, we want to live the Gospel, with the facts and in the truth, through the following life style, that can not go against the norms of the Holy Catholic Roman and Apostolic Church… >> ( Cf. Rule V.V. page X° ), of Latin rite ! Amen !

(internal V.V.) CENACLE of PRAYER amongst Brothers and Sisters, of which it is written:

<< All these were no assiduous and in agreement in the prayer, together with some women and with Mary, the Mother of Jesus >> ( Act 1,14), << Yes… they were found together in the same place. Came a rumble of wind from heaven without notice (that blows where it wants..- ref Jn 3,8)..and they became full of the Holy Spirit >> (Act 2,1-4), << .. They had one heart and one soul, and no one claimed ownership to the property that of which belonged to them, but every thing was at their common use, no one in fact amongst them was in need, because those who possessed land or house sold them, carrying the income of what had been sold, and placing it at the feet of the Apostles ( or be it, by means of Bishops or Priests under the Catholic Bishops ), to be distributed to the poor according to the need ! >> ( Cf. Act 4, 32-35 )... And more :
<< Every day all together they frequented the Temple and broke bread at house taking the

Meals in Joy and simplicity of heart, praising God and enjoying the sympathy of all the people. Meanwhile the Lord every day added to the community those who were saved ! >> ( Act 2, 46-48 )..

But, in regards to Prayer and sharing in common with the meals, to be taken with joy and simplicity, but let’s not forget to search, yes for the bread or food for brother donkey (that is brother body) but above all let’s search for the food that doesn’t perish (Cf. Jn 6,27) for sister soul or brother spirit, for of which – in the Holy Perseverance ( Cf. Rv 2, 26), – we will one day receive, also an Immortal Glorious Body !, as in fact it’s written : << And if the Spirit of He who has resurrected Christ from the dead lives in you, He who has resurrected Christ from the dead, will give life also to your mortal bodies ! >> ( Rm 8, 11. 23b)… to reign in heaven Blessed with Christ, in the Kingdom of Heaven ! ( Cf. 2 Tm 2, 12 ). But who will be the littlest or Greatest in this Eternal Kingdom of Heaven ? – Like so says the Lord : << Who wants to be the first amongst you, will be the servant amongst all ! >> ( Mk 10, 44). And not only cooking and washing the dishes, but above all, cooking and serving some of those tasty and perfumed evangelical portions, to the distribution of all, given that Jesus says :

<< Do not search for the food that perishes, but for that which last for the eternal life ! >> (Jn 6, 27), and not only with the words, but above all with a high, luminous, e charitable example of life, of

Which like so says the Lord : << No one has a love greater than this: to give ones life for their own friends >> … ( Jn 15, 13ss )… Amen !
the prayer be meditated, given that it be elequently written :

<< Blessed be the man who does not follow the advice of the wicked, not indulging in the ways of sinners and not sitting in the company of the wretched; but be pleased by the Law of the Lord, Meditating His Law day and night. He will be like a tree planted along the courses of water that will give fruit at its time and his leaves will never fall; succeeding in all his works ! >> ( Ps 1,1-3 )

<< Do not let the Book of this Law go far from your mouth, but meditate it day and night, so that you search to act according to what be written; so that then you carry out your mark to a good end and have success… >> ( Josh 1, 8-10)…
