In regards to work and to workers, according to the Lord, it be written like this :

 << Go then, - says the Lord – I send you out like lambs amongst wolves.  

Do not take nor bag, nor haversack, nor sandals (of change – Cf. Mk 6,8 )... “What ever house you enter, let your first word be: - Peace to this house.. *…* when you enter into a city, eat and drink from what they put before, because the – LABOURER – ( or rather defined by the Lord the worker, because he works announcing Christ  through the need of a poverty, asked of him by the Lord ) deserves his wages. * ... ( Cf. Lk 10, 3-20...)

<< Here,the sower (that is, he who – works – sowing good for excellence ) went out to sow seed..  The seed be the Word of God ( and also the children of the Kingdom– Cf. Mt 13, 38 )..!  The seed that fell onto the good soil are those that, after having listened to the Word with a good and perfect heart, treasure it and produce fruit with perseverance ( Cf. Lk 8, 11-15 ). Some yielding 30, some 60, some 100 fold. Who has ears for listening should listen >>...  ( Cf. Mk 4, 8-9.. )
